I am available to train at many area gyms in Southeastern Massachusetts and the Providence Rhode Island area. If you have a gym membership, check with management to see if they allow outside personal trainers to train in their facility for a fee. Do you prefer to exercise at home and want to avoid the hassles of a crowded gym? Don't worry if you don't have equipment. I will bring whatever is necessary to give you a great workout. I use bands, stability balls, medicine balls, adjustable dumbbells, weighted bars, Bosu Ball trainers, trampoline aerobic trainers and other portable equipment.

I will create customized sports specific programs that are age appropriate and emphasize injury prevention as well as athletic improvement. All sessions are one hour.

My clinics are designed to improve speed, muscle endurance, agility, explosive power, quickness, flexibility, and proper body mechanics. Each workout will consist of both speed and endurance training. Athletes will be tested in the 40 yard dash, 10 yard dash, broad jump, pro agility and shuttle run. I have had many years experience preparing athletes for combines and for their upcoming season. Minimum of 12 people per session. Each session is 1 .5 hours long. The clinic runs for 1 week and meets 6 days per week. Extra weeks can be arranged at the price below.

As a certified nutrition specialist, I will work with you to develop sound eating habits through menu planning and by evaluating your caloric intake and expenditure. Anyone that has diabetes or other severe health problems should consult with a registered dietician or your doctor. There are many gimmicks in the health industry that make false promises at your expense. A consistent exercise routine combined with sound nutritional planning has long term proven results.

I will perform a body fat analysis using metal skin fold calipers. This test can accurately measure a persons subcutaneous fat within 1% - 3% accuracy. People often get frustrated when they step on a scale and see only minimal weight loss or think they are in poor shape because of a single body mass index test (BMI). As one exercises, they tend to develop muscle which can cause an increase in body weight even though they are losing fat. The test will take about 10 minutes and you will receive a handout of your results.
